Let’s get ready for the holidays! Moore’s is delighted to welcome Jenny Jo Lamb of Lamb Farm Designs to teach this hands-on quilting class featuring her fun and gorgeous Holiday Wishes quilt pattern! You’ll piece and quilt a wonderful winter quilt featuring the motifs of the holiday season in this one day class!
Meet Jenny!
Sewing has always been an influential part of Jenny Jo Lamb’s life. Growing up, there wasn’t a time she could remember that her grandmother, mother, and aunt weren’t sewing or creating their next masterpiece! Naturally, she began with handwork, that evolved into garment sewing. Not long thereafter, Jenny began quilting and the rest was history! In the last twenty-five years quilting has become her passion. Now, designing beautiful patterns is also a huge part of that passion. Jenny is employed full-time (outside the home) and the older she gets, the more she realizes how important this creative outlet is for her. It grounds me and helps her focus. She loves being able to share this passion with others, whether it be teaching or helping them learn to quilt or giving them a quilt. To Jenny, giving a quilt is like giving a hug, only it lasts even when she can’t be with that person.
Jenny and her husband are blessed to live in the Pacific Northwest on a few acres in the country. They have four grown children, a couple (so far) bonus children, and a flock of grandkids, that are all their pride and joy. They are working on a small farm that is ever expanding, and wake up every day feeling blessed to watch their family grow.
